Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Vijayshree, I had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary journey that paired beautifully with the stunning hill views surrounding the hotel. The ambiance at the main restaurant was inviting, providing a perfect setting for an evening of gourmet exploration. I began my meal with an aperitif, allowing the warm breeze to complement each sip. The carefully curated menu offered a delightful fusion of local and international flavors, all crafted with a focus on sustainability-something particularly dear to me as an environmental scientist. I opted for a selection of locally sourced ingredients, which was refreshing and innovative. Breakfast was equally impressive. I relished each bite while soaking in the picturesque views from the dining area. The attentive service, especially from Nikita at the front desk and Atul from the restaurant, ensured that my experience was seamless. Vijayshree combines culinary excellence with a commitment to guest satisfaction, making it a memorable spot for fellow food enthusiasts seeking a taste of authenticity.
